How long until the bot is up and running?

Connecting your WhatsApp number is a separate step, and there the timing is set by Meta's verification, not by us. In the meantime you can try it right away on your website chat or on Telegram, which connect instantly.
How do I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
Cancel anytime from the dashboard or by emailing info@yatendi.com — no contract or penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-billed monthly period (you keep access until then). As these are digital services, we don't refund periods already provided, unless the service doesn't match what was offered. Full details in the Terms of Service.
Are my data and my customers' data safe?
Yes. We use encrypted AWS infrastructure, comply with applicable data protection laws, and never share information with third parties.
Are there extra WhatsApp costs?
When your customer messages you and the assistant replies, Meta charges nothing — those conversations are free. Only templates are charged: the messages YOU start (an appointment reminder, say), at a rate that depends on the country. The AI itself is included in your plan: no token or per-reply fees.
